Vermont Adventures in Wellness Weekend Retreats for Couples provide a range of support for reviving your intimacy, practicing getting your needs met, and resolving recurring conflicts. During the Retreat, you will learn the skills to remove the blocks from your connection with your partner and renew your ability to feel joy with one another. 

We will work to identify and shift the cycles of maladaptive relationship patterns that are keeping you and your partner feeling stuck. We will make use of a combination of psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, self-care, and outdoor activities all in the service of rejuvenating your intimacy. You will leave the weekend remembering why you are together and how to hold your relationship with your partner sacred.

Along with private therapy sessions and exercises tailored to the specific needs and goals that you’ll bring to the weekend, you can also choose from a plethora of outdoor and active adventures, prearranged nurturing spa services, and time to dine and relax with each other; all in the enchanted rolling hills of Vermont. 

Couples with children are welcome too. Families can choose from a selection of adventures in and out of doors, and receive private therapy session time while your children have their own adventures with YMCA certified child care givers.

  • Booking Your Retreat

    Visit this page to select from available weekends and choose a weekend. This will take you to the Calendly booking calendar. Choose your arrival time to confirm. It would be ideal to arrive between 4 - 5 pm on Friday evening so that you have time to settle in before the evening Orientation Session. However, we can be flexible about the timing. Send an email if you do not see a date that works.
