Your weekend will include plenty of time to relax and have fun with your partner. You may also choose to spend some time doing things separately. Times vary according to when you arrive, how late you sleep, and what activities you choose. We will work that out ahead of time, so you know what to expect.

7:30-9 pm 90-minute Orientation Session. We begin your Adventures in Wellness Weekend Retreat with a Welcome Meditation practice, Intention Setting and Review of Goals for the Weekend.

10-11:30 am 90-minute Morning Therapy Session.

10-11:30 pm 90-minute Morning Session. This includes a review of the weekend’s work, setting ongoing goals for each partner, and a Closing Meditation Practice.

Optional afternoon activity before you head back to your life, relaxed, recharged, and recommitted to your relationship.
